How do I know what treatment I need?
The first step is to schedule a consultation. You can submit
a form on the “contact us”
page or give us a call at 623-583-5300.
When you come in for your consultation, one of our Para-medical
estheticians will sit down with you and answer all of your
questions in detail. After listening to your concerns and
your goals, they will recommend a plan for treatment.
Do you offer financing?
Currently we accept all forms of payment excluding Discover
Card. We are working towards a credit line that will be available
soon.
What services do you offer?
Our specialty is IPL Photo facials and Fractional Services.
With these devices we can substantially improve color, texture,
firmness and health of the skin. Brown spots disappear, redness
is diminished and we can actually resurface scarring, stretch
marks, wrinkles, and any other flaws in the skin. We also
have the technology to tighten sagging skin while keeping
a natural look. No need for facelifts here!
In addition, we offer an amazing menu of esthetic services
designed to rejuvenate and pamper you like facials, Microdermabrasion,
chemical peels, waxing, and makeup services. See our “Services”
page for more info.
What is Microdermabrasion?
Microdermabrasion is a Skin Resurfacing treatment that improves
wrinkles, skin texture and color by removing the topmost layer
of skin leaving it more supple and vibrant. Skin Resurfacing
also stimulates the elastic tissue beneath the surface of
the skin resulting in a healthier and firmer appearance. Skin
Resurfacing treatments are normally administered by a trained
clinician, nurse, aesthetician, or physician. A wonderful
alternative or compliment to chemical peels, the Microdermabrasion
treatment is non-invasive, pain-free and requires no down
time after treatment.
I’ve heard of IPL Photo Facials
and hair removal. What is this?
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) uses high intensity pulses of
light that are not lasers and are considered to be exclusively
non-ablative. Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) uses a flash lamp
and is performed as an out-patient procedure at a dermatologist's
office.
Intense Pulsed Light is used: to remove hair; treat brown
spots from sun damage, aging, hormonal issues, etc. Also treats
vascular changes like broken capillaries; Rosacea; vascular
and pigmented birth marks.
The pulses of light produced by IPL equipment are very short
in duration, so discomfort and damage to surrounding skin
is minor. Most people who undergo IPL treatment only experience
slight irritation similar to that of a minor sunburn though
under certain circumstances, blisters may occur. The light
that emanates from the IPL wand is filtered to remove any
ultraviolet components, eliminating the possibility of UV
skin damage. Although the number of side effects from IPL
treatment is minor, it can take several treatments (typically
4-6) to see desired results.
